10 Fat Frolicking Frogs....

There appears to be some serious frog loving happening in our little water trough/pond by the front door. We counted 10 so far but I am sure there are more. I hope there are equal numbers or some poor frog is going to get left out in all the fun and games that appears to be taking place under the water.  Baby frogs for easter! yey.

What a fab picture Badger!

When you say baby frogs for easter - do I need to be looking carefully before I bite into my easter eggs?

Tadpoles!

Without going into unnecessary detail, there doesn't need to be an even number.
Used to live in a house where we had three 'ponds'. Two were usually filled to the brim with tadpoles each year, and visited regularly by the local Heron family later in the spring..

My sister in law has a pond with frogs. She's used to them now but the first years she moved in she completely freaked out when one day she realised that her entire lawn was covered in a carpet of mini froglets. They were everywhere.

I'm sure a French website has some good recipes, should you need to exercise some population control!

Awwww, wee froggies have dating problems too.

Though I can't help thinking that a sentence that contains "frog" and "front door" is just waiting for some terrible foot-stamping related accident!
